I chose this hotel for attending a conclave because it provides perfect leisure and business facilities for guests wanting to make the most of the English capital.

The only service I missed for my work was a reliable and efficient room service for business needs.

We had a great stay at this hotel with our family. The staff, especially Mr. Shawn, were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with Tower Bridge, Tower of London, and Underground Station nearby. The room was clean and had a nice view. The breakfast was good, with plenty of tea and coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. The hotel was immaculate, with clean bed linen and towels provided daily. The location was perfect, very close to everything in the central area, and just a short walk to the metro station. We enjoyed a fabulous spa area with a big swimming pool, sauna, and steam room.

Lastly, the breakfast was quite tasty, offering a decent selection.

I stayed over New Year's and was highly disappointed with my experience. The room was tired and in desperate need of updating.

Took a fun ride on the London Eye and enjoyed a facial or massage, complete with Prosecco and strawberries. Explored Legoland with its themed lands and charming miniatures. Checked out the RISE Gallery and indulged in a meal with a view at the Terrace Restaurant. Lovely!

So disappointed by the breakfast at the hotel. Sarcasm meter was off the charts!

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say that I was impressed by the quality of service provided here. The location of this place is amazing - it is located in a nice area, close to popular tourist destinations, and right beside a subway station, making it very easy to travel around. The staff members here are amazing and give excellent customer service. They helped my family change our room for my daughter's 18th birthday celebration, which was a very kind gesture.

We were really surprised when we arrived at the hotel and were given a room on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the Tower Bridge. It was exactly what we had asked for and made our stay nice. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and fine views.

The hotel's location was ideal, being right next to the Tower Hill underground station. It made traveling to various destinations in the city incredibly easy. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a huge and super comfy bed. The bathroom was also well-maintained. The staff were fantastic and acted promptly when an incident occurred in the spa. it was a great experience.

During my stay, I was delighted to visit the fitness suite at Rena London City. The range of state-of-the-art equipment felt like something out of a futuristic movie - I could have sworn I saw a treadmill with integrated entertainment systems levitate! The staff were incredibly helpful and provided guidance to ensure I got the most out of my workout.
